Schedule & Fees

Once a group has been formed, we will determine a mutually agreeable one hour rehearsal slot. We ask that parents and students take their responsibility to the group seriously and minimize absences once a schedule has been agreed. We generally follow the vacation schedule of the Massachusetts public school systems.

Groups will have performance opportunities at area retirement homes, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other outreach performance venues. Students and our underserved audiences both find these performances immensely satisfying. These performances give our students the opportunity to share their talents with audiences who are not otherwise able to go to concerts. The joy they bring is palpable!

Concerts are held at LCMC at the end of each semester. These concerts give students the opportunity to play for family and friends. The concerts are informal and are meant to give the students the chance to show the fruit of their hard work during the semester.

Outreach and LCMC concerts are scheduled at least one month in advance.

Fees are $787, payable at the start of each semester. Each semester consists of a minimum of 14 one-hour rehearsals, two outreach performances, and the final LCMC concert.

Partial and full scholarships are available on a merit and needs basis. Please inquire if you are interested in applying for scholarship funding.
